Product Warranty Terms

Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from NOARC come with an 11-month warranty from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

  • Screen defects and malfunctions
  • Internal electronic components
  • Manufacturing defects in covered parts

What's NOT Covered

  • Bag material and fabric
  • Zippers and fasteners
  • External accessories and attachments
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents

7-Day Replacement Policy

If a defect is found within 7 days of delivery, you are eligible for a complete product replacement. The defect must be reported within this period with proof of purchase.

How to Claim Warranty

  1. Contact our customer support with your order number
  2. Provide photos or description of the defect
  3. Our team will assess and approve eligible claims
  4. Approved items will be repaired or replaced as per warranty terms

Important Notes

Warranty is valid only for manufacturing defects in covered components (screens and internal parts). Physical damage, water damage, or damage from improper use is not covered. Original proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
